CUSTOM ORDERS

I welcome custom orders!  I do quite a bit of custom work, and have found it to be a lot of fun. If you see something that is almost but not quite what you need, contact me.  Or if you just think of something you want and looking at my work makes you think I can make it, contact me about that too! Those are usually the best ; )

SHIPPING AND INTERNATIONAL SALES

I ship worldwide. Generally items are sent USPS First Class or Priority with insurance to the US, Australia, Canada, and European Union. To other countries I ship flat rate Priority Mail International envelope. If you need Express delivery, please message me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I try hard calculate accurate costs, but it can be difficult. Please know that my policy is to adjust downwards the shipping cost when I can. "Additional items" sometimes require their own boxes, or are heavy, which can push costs up. I will do my best to be fair to you.

For some international deliveries I may discuss best shipping practices before shipping, and reserve the right to require insurance and/or a signature in certain cases if I think it safest. Also, please be aware of your country's custom regulations, as in some instances you may be responsible for duty charges. I mark packages accurately as to their contents and value.

I will send the indicated address unless I get a message at the time of purchase giving me other instructions.

 

VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES

I am a seller based in the US, so am not able to calculate or collect VAT and/or customs fees.  Those are the responsibility of the buyer to both know and remit to their respective governments.  ( I do know that the United Kingdom has become very persistent in collecting VAT on items over £15, and charge an £8 fee for doing so.)

RETURNS

I will of course accept returns on in stock, non-customized items, but please choose carefully and thoughtfully.  When those items are not in the shop they are being missed by other Etsy shoppers.  I would appreciate being notified within five days of your intent to return, and receive the item back within two weeks after your receipt of it.  

If you are not pleased with an item, let me know so I can fix it !  My goal is for total happiness on the part of my customers.  I work very hard to maintain good communication throughout the design and fabrication process, so that the only surprises are good ones.
